CAIRNS AROUND BATH
The city of Bath is said to be surrounded by seven hills: Beechen Cliff; Southdown; Kelston Round Hill; Lansdown; Solsbury Hill; Bathford Hill and Bathampton Down.
A cairn shall be built at the summit of each hill on successive Sundays, commencing at 7am, 1st May 2011 at Beechen Cliff.
The artist invites every resident of Bath to attend, each bringing with them one stone. It is from these stones that the cairns shall be built.
Hot and cold drinks will be provided. Guests are advised to bring their own packed lunch and make a whole day out of celebrating the seven hills of bath.
